I have an experience of work in Europe and Canada, and now, my current location is - Madrid, beautiful capital of beautiful Spain.
What I like in my job the most, is that it combines the impact on physical and mental wellbeing.
I believe in energy, and I think (or, rather, know) that everything good, that I have in my heart and mind, it’s been put in there by someone else.
About the session
I’ve designed an extended session that will help you to disconnect from exterior noise for couple hours.
During this time we try to establish a positive vibe in the room, and a good, trustful connection between us, before proceeding to treatment.
I position this session not just as an “one and done service”, but, hopefully, an experience that will help you down the road.
The massage I perform (which is done on the floor, on a comfortable mat), is what I’ve personally constructed and shaped into a form that suits pretty much everyone.
Its goal is to reduce your stress level, loosen up your muscles, get rid of tension in certain areas, improve your appetite and sleep.
Session structure
- Meet & Greet We sit down, and go over the importance of our session and define the areas it could improve your day-to-day lifestyle.
- Preparation for the massage We do some stretching, and several exercises for improving your posture. Also, we try to find a way to quickly get control and reduce your stress level.
- Classic back massage Includes work on both sides of lower back, shoulders and neck.
- Cranial massage A smooth transition from back to head massage, that concludes the session, and helps to establish the overall effect from the massage.
